Terms of Service.

By accessing or using any part of nexic.club — including the website, game server, store, or forums — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use our services.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

You must be at least 13 years old to use our services. By using nexic.club you represent that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Nexic is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect a breach.

You may not share, sell, or transfer your account to another person.

The Nexic store sells virtual items including server ranks, cosmetics, and other in-game perks (collectively “Virtual Items”). Virtual Items are licensed to you for personal, non- commercial use on the Nexic game server. They are not physical goods, have no monetary value, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Virtual Items are tied to your Minecraft in-game name (IGN) as provided at the time of purchase. You are responsible for ensuring the IGN entered is correct. Nexic is not obligated to transfer items to a different account or IGN due to user error.

We reserve the right to modify, adjust, or discontinue Virtual Items at any time for game-balance or operational reasons. Such changes do not entitle you to a refund.

All purchases are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. By completing a purchase you agree to Stripe’s terms of service in addition to these Terms.

All sales of Virtual Items are final and non-refundable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Because Virtual Items are delivered immediately upon confirmed payment, you acknowledge that any right of withdrawal or “cooling-off” period does not apply once the item has been delivered.

If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us at contact@nexic.club before initiating a dispute with your payment provider.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for a legitimate purchase of Virtual Items — rather than contacting us first — is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate and permanent suspension of your account and any associated IGNs on the Nexic game server.

Any fraudulent activity, including unauthorised use of payment methods, will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

Use of the Nexic game server and community spaces is subject to our server rules, which are published on our Discord and website. By playing on Nexic you agree to abide by these rules.

We reserve the right to suspend, mute, or permanently ban any account or IGN from our services at our sole discretion, including for but not limited to: cheating, hacking, harassment, exploiting bugs, or any conduct we determine to be harmful to the community.

Bans and suspensions do not entitle you to a refund of any Virtual Items purchased.

We make no guarantee of uninterrupted access to nexic.club or the game server. Services may be taken offline for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our control. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by downtime.

In the event that the Nexic game server is permanently shut down, no refunds will be issued for previously purchased Virtual Items.

All content on nexic.club — including logos, graphics, text, and software — is owned by or licensed to Nexic. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Nexic is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft Corporation. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Studios.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nexic and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Nexic in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation where possible.
