Overview
Nexic (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the website and services available at nexic.club. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our services, how we use it, and what choices you have.
By using nexic.club you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.
Information We Collect
When you create an account you provide an email address and password, or authenticate via Google. We store your email address, a hashed identifier, and the account creation timestamp.
To use the store you must link a Minecraft in-game name (IGN) to your account. We verify this against Mojang’s public player database (via playerdb.co) and store the canonical username returned by that lookup. This username is used solely to fulfil rank purchases on the game server.
All payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. We do not receive, store, or have access to your full card number, CVV, or bank account details. We receive only a confirmation of the transaction outcome and a Stripe customer/payment-intent reference.
Posts, replies, and other content you submit to our forums are stored and associated with your account username.
We may collect anonymised usage data (pages visited, approximate geographic region, browser/device type) to understand how the site is used and to improve it. This data does not identify you personally.
Authentication & Sessions
Authentication is provided by Google Firebase Authentication. When you sign in, Firebase issues a secure session token stored in your browser. Anonymous (guest) sessions are created when you continue without a full account; these are tied to your browser and do not require an email address.
You can sign out at any time, which invalidates your session token. Clearing your browser’s local storage will also end your local session.
Cookies & Local Storage
We use browser local storage to persist your shopping basket across page visits. No tracking cookies are set by nexic.club. Third-party services we rely on (Firebase, Stripe) may set their own cookies subject to their respective privacy policies.
How We Use Your Information
- Authenticating you and maintaining your session.
- Fulfilling rank and cosmetic purchases on the game server.
- Displaying your username on forums and community features.
- Responding to support requests and account inquiries.
- Detecting and preventing fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms of Service.
- Improving the website through anonymised analytics.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Third-Party Services
Our services integrate with the following third parties, each governed by their own privacy policies:
- Google Firebase — authentication, database, and hosting.
- Stripe — payment processing. Stripe’s privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.
- playerdb.co / Mojang — Minecraft username verification.
Data Retention
Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion of your account, we will remove your personal information within a reasonable time, except where retention is required by law or to resolve outstanding disputes.
Purchase records may be retained for accounting and fraud-prevention purposes in accordance with applicable law.
Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or equivalent UK law grants you the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Right of access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Right to rectification — request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Right to erasure — request deletion of your personal data where no overriding legal basis for retention exists.
- Right to restrict processing — request that we limit how we use your data in certain circumstances.
- Right to data portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Right to object — object to processing based on legitimate interests.
- Right to withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

We process personal data under the following legal bases:
- Contract performance — processing your account information, IGN, and payment records to deliver purchased Virtual Items.
- Legitimate interests — maintaining service security, fraud prevention, and anonymised usage analytics.
- Legal obligation — retaining transaction records as required by applicable law.
Our service providers (Google Firebase, Stripe) are based in the United States. Transfers of personal data outside the EEA are made under appropriate safeguards including Standard Contractual Clauses and adequacy decisions where applicable.
This site uses only essential cookies and browser local storage necessary to provide the service (authentication sessions, shopping basket). No tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies are set. Because these are strictly necessary for the service to function, they do not require your prior consent under GDPR. You may clear them at any time via your browser settings.
Children
Our services are not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of nexic.club after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
